These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Talita’s Daycare.

By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


Services Provided

Talita’s Daycare offers childcare services, including:

  • Infant Daycare
  • Toddler and Preschool Care
  • General Child Care
  • Home Daycare Services

All services are provided in accordance with applicable state childcare regulations.


Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment requires completion of all required forms and documentation, including:

  • Child information and health records
  • Emergency contact details
  • Signed agreements and policies

Admission is subject to availability and approval.


Payments and Fees

Payment terms include:

  • Tuition fees are due based on the agreed schedule (weekly/monthly)
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

Hours of Operation and Scheduling

Operating hours will be communicated upon enrollment.

Parents must adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.

Late pickups may result in additional charges.


Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or guardians agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Notify us of absences or schedule changes
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs
  • Follow daycare policies and procedures

Health and Safety Policy

To ensure a safe environment:

  • Children who are sick should not attend daycare
  • Required vaccinations and health records must be provided
  • We reserve the right to refuse care if a child poses a health risk

Emergency Situations

In case of emergency:

  • We will attempt to contact the parent/guardian immediately
  • Medical assistance may be sought if necessary

Parents are responsible for any related medical expenses.


Personal Belongings

Talita’s Daycare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items brought to the daycare.


Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Policies are not followed
  • Payments are not made
  • Behavior poses a risk to others

Parents may also withdraw their child with proper notice.


Limitation of Liability

Talita’s Daycare is not liable for:

  • Minor injuries that may occur during normal play
  • Unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety.


Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications.

SMS consent and phone number will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.


Types of SMS Communications

You may receive:

  • Schedule reminders
  • Updates or notifications
  • Emergency alerts

Example:

“Hi [Parent Name], this is a reminder from Talita’s Daycare about your child’s schedule for tomorrow.”


Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on daycare needs.

Standard message and data rates may apply.


Opt-In Method

You may opt in via:
